- Proactively recruit and screen candidates for night-shift roles using advanced sourcing techniques
- Coordinate real-time workforce adjustments to address last-minute staffing needs
- Maintain compliance with all labor regulations for overnight work arrangements
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at client facilities
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize placement efficiency and retention rates
- Lead onboarding sessions for night-shift employees during evening hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proven track record in high-volume, time-sensitive placement environments
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws for overnight work arrangements
