Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and handover of temporary staff for all night shift positions to ensure 100% coverage.
- Remote Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive orientation and training sessions for new hires remotely during the night shift hours.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the night, addressing urgent staffing needs and feedback immediately.
- Shift Management: Monitor real-time shift logs and labor costs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Reporting: Generate and submit end-of-shift reports highlighting key metrics, issues, and resolutions to the day shift leadership team.
- Compliance: Ensure all temporary workers adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, HR, or administrative support.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using HRIS software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Independence: Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
