Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for light industrial, administrative, and warehouse positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding paperwork with internal clients and external candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with clients regarding candidate availability and feedback in a timely manner.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offers of employment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
