- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation for night shift positions
- Respond to urgent staffing requests during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate time records and payroll documentation
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews for night shift roles
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs
- Experience with night shift workforce management preferred
