Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ manufacturing and warehouse clients
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments using our proprietary staffing software
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews during night shift hours
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety protocols for night operations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate staffing records
- Build relationships with overnight shift supervisors and HR managers
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, HR, or overnight operations management
- Experience with shift scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-pressure night environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
