Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for night shift positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate candidate schedules, facilitate video and in-person interviews, and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status updates.
- Handle urgent staffing requests and coverage needs for our client base during evening hours.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools for specialized night shift roles.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
