Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities, warehouses, and security operations across Washington DC
- Manage real-time candidate dispatching via our proprietary staffing platform during evening hours
- Conduct urgent candidate interviews and background verifications overnight
- Resolve client staffing emergencies with 24-hour response protocols
- Maintain compliance with District of Columbia labor laws for night shift workers
- Generate daily staffing performance reports for senior management
- Build and nurture relationships with overnight client contacts
- Train night shift staff on emergency procedures and client protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience, with night shift exposure preferred
- Proficiency in ATS systems and workforce management software
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record for client site visits
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between candidates and clients overnight
- Knowledge of DC labor regulations and overtime compliance
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field required
