Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling, screening, and placement of temporary and permanent night shift staff across various industries.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews during evening hours to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to resolve scheduling conflicts and manage expectations.
- Facilitate the onboarding paperwork and orientation for new night shift personnel.
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize workforce utilization and improve retention rates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources operations.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or rotating shifts).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
