Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and intake interviews for job applicants.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to update candidate status and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers on behalf of our client base.
- Market open positions to potential candidates through various outreach channels.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date staffing reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and job seekers to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work a night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
