Responsibilities
- Manage on-site staffing operations for 3rd shift manufacturing and warehouse clients
- Coordinate daily workforce assignments and shift coverage for 50+ employees
- Process payroll and maintain accurate attendance records using proprietary software
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct pre-shift compliance briefings
- Resolve staffing conflicts and maintain client relationships through proactive communication
- Monitor production metrics and report staffing efficiency to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing, HR, or industrial operations
- Proven ability to manage shift-based teams in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and digital scheduling platforms
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
