Responsibilities
- Manage urgent staffing requests and candidate placements for night shift positions across DC metro area
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks during overnight hours
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities and event venues for last-minute staffing needs
- Maintain real-time candidate database and job board updates
- Ensure compliance with DC labor laws and OSHA regulations for night shifts
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless workflow transitions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven experience managing night shift operations or 24/7 environments
