Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates via phone and email during night hours.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting creation and candidate relationship management.
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling for hiring managers during the day.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline progress and update candidate data.
- Build a strong network of passive candidates within the Virginia Beach area.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work the night shift (Shift times: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
