- Manage end-to-end recruitment for night shift positions across multiple industries
- Conduct virtual interviews with candidates during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate onboarding and placement for urgent staffing requests
- Maintain client relationships with San Francisco-based night shift employers
- Optimize recruitment workflows using our proprietary ATS system
- Analyze staffing metrics to improve overnight placement success rates
- Handle urgent staffing emergencies with 24/7 on-call availability
Qualifications
