Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills and fit for night shift roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and applicants efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and permanent placements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-demand industries in Kansas City.
- Assist with payroll processing and time tracking for temporary workers.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client site visits.
