Responsibilities
- Screen and interview prospective candidates for open positions in Mesa.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and employment records.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate availability and status.
- Process payroll documentation and timekeeping for temporary staff.
- Resolve candidate inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
