Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management: Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for night shift positions.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and night shift operational requirements.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the hiring process, including orientation, background checks, and compliance verification.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage shift schedules and ensure 24/7 staffing coverage for critical operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track productivity and attendance of night shift staff to ensure high retention rates.
- Support: Provide ongoing support to temporary and direct-hire employees regarding payroll and workplace concerns.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with shift teams.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
