Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks and data entry with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment during night operations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding project updates.
- Process incoming calls and emails in a professional, timely manner.
- Assist in onboarding new temporary staff members to ensure smooth integration.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and compliance regulations.
- Perform quality assurance checks on assigned projects before submission.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (or rotating shifts).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required as public transit may be limited late at night.
- Previous experience in staffing, administrative, or warehouse roles is a plus but not required.
