Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent staffing roles.
- Conducting phone and video interviews during evening hours to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinating placement schedules and onboarding processes with local New Orleans businesses.
- Managing candidate data and pipeline activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Building long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Ability to work a reliable night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home.
