Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates via phone and video conferences during evening hours.
- Source and recruit talent through various channels to fill open positions for our clients.
- Assist clients with workforce planning and temporary staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct orientation and training for new temporary employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
