Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for night shift and 24/7 operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and availability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and optimize job descriptions.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for temporary and contract staff to ensure a seamless transition.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of California labor laws and employment practices is a plus.
