Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume screening and interviewing of candidates for night shift roles across various industries.
- Manage applicant tracking using ATS software to ensure accurate data entry and timely communication.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new night shift employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, timekeeping, and candidate verification.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Must be available and willing to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
