Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings and interviews for night shift positions in hospitality, logistics, and healthcare.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants ready to start immediately.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and match them with the right talent.
- Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision.
- Coordinate interview schedules and send offer letters.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
