Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews for a diverse range of open positions.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Review resumes and identify top-tier talent that matches client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless placement process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with the onboarding of new hires.
- Stay current with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night hours (typically 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
