Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and interviews for temporary and direct-hire candidates.
- Sources candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Manages the full recruitment cycle, from requisition to onboarding, within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for Raleigh industries.
- Collaborates with branch managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Coordinates with payroll and HR to ensure accurate placement and compliance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during night hours (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home or in the office.
