Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone and email screenings for prospective candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage and update candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Research and identify new sourcing channels to fill urgent roles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
