As a night shift recruiter, you will play a crucial role in staffing essential industries such as logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for temporary and contract roles, ensuring businesses have the personnel they need around the clock.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for warehouse, logistics, and industrial roles during evening hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely placement of night-shift personnel.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and professional networks during off-peak hours.
- Coordinate with branch managers to understand urgent staffing needs for upcoming shifts.
- Perform background checks and drug screenings for all night-shift applicants.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding shift availability and candidate performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
