As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring our clients receive the best candidates available even after hours. Responsibilities
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews with candidates during evening hours.
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through social media, networking, and job boards.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating placements for our client base.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Updating candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborating with account managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
