Your Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for various roles in logistics, healthcare, and administrative sectors.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Conduct initial phone screenings and virtual interviews during the night shift window.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and placement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
