Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the Pipeline: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth logistics for all parties.
- Market Job Openings: Actively source and recruit candidates for high-demand night shift and general staffing roles.
- Client Communication: Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work a dedicated Night Shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of leads.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
