Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and phone interviews for a diverse range of job orders.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and refine job descriptions.
- Administer skills assessments and background checks for all prospective employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
