Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various industries, including technical, administrative, and skilled trades.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision and organization.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market positioning.
- Building a strong network of passive candidates and industry contacts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED required.
