Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various staffing positions using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Scheduling and conducting phone and video interviews with potential hires.
- Managing the full recruitment pipeline and maintaining accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and provide top-tier talent recommendations.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Facilitating onboarding paperwork and orientation for new placements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in using technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required.
