Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone and email during evening hours.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for temporary and direct-hire placements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and match talent accordingly.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and status updates.
- Build a strong talent pipeline by networking on professional platforms like LinkedIn.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
