Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for night shift candidates, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and labor market conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 6 PM - 2 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in a high-volume staffing environment is a plus.
