Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage high-volume applicant pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) during night hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure 5-star service ratings.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends relevant to our clients' needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and market insights to hiring managers to refine job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidate pools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid night shift environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
