In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our talented pool of candidates, ensuring a seamless staffing process even during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for temporary and direct-hire positions.
- Scheduling Coordination: Efficiently coordinate interviews and meetings for clients and candidates, specifically managing the logistics of night-shift placements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS) to actively source qualified candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with local Long Beach businesses, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Administrative Support: Update candidate records in the HRIS system, prepare offer letters, and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor candidate feedback and interview performance to continuously improve our placement success rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the Night Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet, night-time environment.
- Location: Must reside in or near Long Beach, CA.
