Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for open positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social media networking, to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and schedule interviews with hiring managers during business hours.
- Manage candidate relationships through email, phone, and video platforms to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
