Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for hourly and technical roles during the evening hours.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Build a pipeline of passive candidates through networking and outreach.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
- Handle payroll processing and timesheet verification for temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ATS software (Greenhouse, Taleo, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
