Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions in manufacturing, logistics, and administrative sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent specifically for night shift roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand operational requirements and match the right candidates to the right shifts.
- Conduct thorough background checks, drug screening verification, and reference calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary employees, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a night shift setting.
- Familiarity with HR software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar shift).
