Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients' night shift staffing needs.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers to understand specific staffing requirements.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and negotiate job offers.
- Maintain a high volume of active candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to commit to a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
