Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening calls and virtual interviews for evening-shift candidates to assess technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate, up-to-date candidate information and interview notes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and refine job descriptions for evening roles.
- Source and engage passive candidates through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and professional networking.
- Coordinate schedules for candidates and clients for evening interview slots and orientation sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Track and report on weekly recruitment metrics and pipeline activities to the team lead.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours with minimal supervision and high level of self-discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for local client visits.
