You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle during the night shift, ensuring that our clients receive the best candidates available, even when the business world is fast asleep.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview incoming applicants to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and timeline requirements.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verification.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Respond to job postings and inquiries with speed and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
