Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place qualified candidates across diverse industry sectors including healthcare, IT, finance, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding with weekly payroll processing
- Leverage digital platforms and networking strategies to expand candidate pipeline

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record in candidate placement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage client and candidate expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid North Carolina staffing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
