Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience required
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Strong networking abilities and industry connections
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Arizona staffing/recruiting certification preferred
