We are currently looking for a motivated individual to help us fill roles across various industries in the New York metro area.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent within the New York market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and culture fit.
- Conduct background checks and verify credentials for selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all local New York labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Experience with payroll systems and temporary staffing agencies is a plus.
