Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering)
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient workflow management
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic recruitment guidance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Minneapolis talent market dynamics
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to manage high-volume roles while maintaining candidate quality
- Relevant degree or HR certification (SPHR, CTS preferred)
