Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs in healthcare, manufacturing, and tech sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with cultural and skill-fit roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding coordination
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to expand talent pipeline
- Maintain accurate candidate database and ATS compliance
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in corporate or agency recruitment/staffing
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's job market and key industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
