Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Utilize ATS and social media platforms to identify passive talent
- Meet quarterly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to inform recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in technical and healthcare recruiting preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client visits
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification a plus
