Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for 24/7 operational roles, including manufacturing, logistics, and security.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule placements efficiently during night hours.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain an up-to-date candidate database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Charlotte businesses to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct thorough background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of the Charlotte, NC job market and industrial sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
