Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit for night shift roles.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) records for all night shift requisitions.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of interviews, onboarding sessions, and shift handovers for night staff.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding their staffing needs during the evening hours.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to proactively source passive candidates specifically available for night shifts.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation and training of new night shift employees to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
